From a family enterprise to an institutional platform.
K11 Foundation was established in Abu Dhabi to bring together, professionalise and grow the investments of a single family with deep roots in the emirate.
Real estate has always been at the heart of the family’s wealth. Over time that experience has grown into a fully integrated platform able to identify, develop and manage commercial assets of real scale and quality.
As the portfolio has matured, we have added a dedicated Alternative Assets division to diversify the family’s exposure, access new sources of return and build relationships with leading managers around the world. Today the office is led by an experienced professional team, governed by clear policies and guided by the family’s enduring values.
